how to enable the learners to find their
biographical path in their life, belonging to that I
made some studies about the integration
of "Theme centered Interaction (TCI)" in VET.

I'm involved in the developement of a national classification of professions together with BA, IAB and StaBa.
Although in a research projekt about seervice and administration professions at the BIBB
At least in a regional project with a foundationwhere I'm part of the board in wich we try to go new ways with artistic work to develope the competence of unemployed and disadvanteged youth
